Senior Rust Engineer - Decentralized ML

We are a stealth startup pioneering privacy-preserving distributed compute infrastructure for Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Model (LLM) workloads. Join our team to work on cutting-edge technology in AI, blockchain, and decentralized systems.

Responsibilities:

Research, design, and implement core systems in Rust.
Develop and optimize the blockchain protocol.
Write secure smart contracts using Solidity.
Integrate AI algorithms within the blockchain protocol.
Build distributed, fault-tolerant systems.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software.
Troubleshoot and optimize for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to project needs.

Requirements:

Experience with Rust.
Understanding of AI/ML algorithms.
Experience with high-volume, distributed services.
Proficiency in writing network services or asynchronous code.
Passion for secure, reliable, and fast software.
Strong background in Computer Science.
Experience with testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative nature.
Interest in blockchain and decentralized technologies.
