Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Indexing Engineer with a strong background in Rust and extensive experience in building query engines and data processing systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data querying and storage primitives such as BTrees, LSM Trees, and compression formats. Additionally, familiarity with high-level query languages like GraphQL and distributed data/query frameworks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance our blockchain indexing and query engine using Rust.

Design and implement efficient data processing and storage techniques.

Collaborate with a global team to design, implement, and maintain scalable blockchain indexing solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and web3 projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Rust programming language.
Strong understanding of query engine architecture, data processing, and storage techniques.
In-depth knowledge of data querying and storage primitives (BTrees, LSM Trees, compression formats).
Experience with high-level query languages (e.g., GraphQL) and distributed data query frameworks like Apache Datafusion and Ballista
Passion for blockchain technology and web3 projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with blockchain indexing or similar projects.
Knowledge of distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
Contributions to open-source blockchain or web3 projects.
