Senior Rust Backend Engineer

What You’ll Be Working On

• Developing and optimizing Rust backend services to process high volumes of observability data
• Architecting and maintaining high-throughput distributed systems with a focus on performance and reliability
• Collaborating closely with product teams to design solutions that meet real-world monitoring needs
• Contributing to scalability, fault tolerance, and low-latency data processing pipelines
• Bringing a leadership mindset to technical discussions and decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Rust expertise – experience in backend engineering & systems programming
• High-throughput system design – understanding of performance-critical applications
• Observability/monitoring experience (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or similar is a plus)
