Quantitative Trader

We’re hiring for a decentralized exchange (DEX) building next-generation high-frequency trading infrastructure on Solana. The platform combines sub-millisecond trade execution, multi-asset margining, and CLOB-based markets to bring traditional HFT performance to DeFi. The project is backed by top investors from both traditional trading and crypto.

The Role

We’re looking for a Quantitative Trader to design, implement, and manage a liquidity vault from the ground up. You’ll bootstrap liquidity across perpetuals and spot markets, manage cross-venue risk, and scale operations to handle external capital. This is a foundational role for someone who wants to build from scratch with engineering support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement market-making strategies for perpetuals and spot markets using an HLP-style vault
• Build trading infrastructure including execution systems, data pipelines, and monitoring tools
• Manage portfolio and hedge risk across external venues (Binance, Hyperliquid, etc.)
• Develop backtesting frameworks to research and validate strategies
• Scale vault operations with robust risk controls and performance optimization
