Senior Rust Engineer - AI Data & Distributed Systems

Alignerr · Senior · Remote

About the Role

What if your deep expertise in Rust could directly shape how AI writes and reasons about systems-level code? We're looking for experienced Rust engineers to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated Rust code — helping ensure the next generation of AI understands memory safety, concurrency, and performance at an expert level.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior Rust developers who want meaningful, intellectually engaging work on their own schedule.

Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize production-grade Rust systems supporting large-scale AI data pipelines and model evaluation workflows
